With a PhD, licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist, years of experience as a clinical supervisor, professor, and program director, I provide supervision that is both supportive and clinically rigorous. My approach is collaborative, relational, and tailored to each supervisee's developmental stage.

 

I emphasize building clinical confidence, strengthening systemic case conceptualization, integrating ethical and evidence-based practice, and helping therapists develop an authentic therapeutic style.
